In 2021, Google and Box1824 conducted a major study, exploring potential triggers to reverse the exclusionary landscape. This effort aims to help brands act based on the findings and insights.

The study has been transformed into a physical and digital experience, beginning with an interactive book that invites CEOs to take action and change the reality for these groups, leaving a legacy for society, for their businesses, for their employees, and for their own stories.
